Purion is an Australian industrial wipe brand built for workshops, heavy diesel mechanics, and the trades that work alongside them.

We started Purion because the products in workshops were never up to it. Rags smear grease and oil instead of lifting it off. They shed lint, run out, and leave a worse mess than they started with. Generic wipes were designed for kitchens and offices, not diesel, oil, and heavy contaminants. After years inside the industry, we knew there was a gap. So we filled it.

What we make

A focused range of industrial wipes, purpose-built for workshop conditions. Every wipe is a full 380mm x 250mm — big enough to do real work without running out of clean surface.

  • M1 General Purpose — for hands, tools, and benches. The daily-use wipe.
  • M2 Heavy Degreaser — built for oils, grease, and diesel. Embossed PVC dots add agitation so the wipe lifts contaminants off the surface instead of smearing them around.
  • M3 Glass and Screens — antistatic, dust-repelling. Coming as the range expands.

The range is deliberately tight. We would rather do a small number of wipes properly than carry a catalogue of products that don't earn their place in a workshop.

We will not ship a wipe that does not perform on site. Every product is tested against the conditions it is sold into. If it does not hold up in the field, it does not carry the Purion name.

Purion is an Australian operation. We started with heavy diesel and workshop trades because we know them, the buying decisions move faster, and the conditions tell you fast whether a product works.

We are based here, we supply here, and we listen to the people using the product on the workshop floor.

Founder

Purion was founded by Daryl McKay, drawing on direct experience across Australian industrial supply and the heavy-use environments Purion is built for. The brand was started to solve a problem he saw first-hand.
